Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at myreputationmatters.com or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and My Reputation Matters.

Description of Services

My Reputation Matters provides Google review services for businesses. Our service includes the posting of 5-star reviews on Google Business Profiles using real, established Google accounts. Reviews are custom written based on the business type and any talking points provided by the customer.

We offer two delivery methods: standard delivery (reviews posted within a few business days) and 90-day drip delivery (reviews posted gradually over a three month period). Both delivery methods are available at the same price.

Ordering and Payment

To place an order, you must provide accurate business information including your business name, Google Business Profile URL, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information.

Payment is required before service begins. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover through our secure payment processor, Stripe. We do not accept American Express. All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment constitutes your acceptance of these terms and authorization to begin fulfilling your order.

Replacement Guarantee

We provide a 180-day replacement guarantee on all reviews. If a review posted by our service is removed by Google within 180 days of its posting date, we will replace it at no additional cost. To request a replacement, contact us through our contact page with details about the removed review.

The replacement guarantee covers removal by Google only. It does not apply to reviews you request us to remove, reviews removed due to changes in your Google Business Profile (such as profile deletion or address changes), or reviews removed as a result of actions you take on your Google account.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is detailed on our Refund Policy page. In summary, we offer a 14-day refund window for reviews that have not yet been delivered. Reviews that have already been posted are not eligible for refund but are covered by our 180-day replacement guarantee.

Customer Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful business information
• Ensure you have the authority to order reviews for the business profile you provide
• Not request review content that is defamatory, illegal, or violates the rights of any third party
• Not hold us responsible for changes to Google's policies or algorithms that may affect review visibility
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell our services

Delivery Timeline

While we make every effort to deliver reviews within the stated timeframes, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Standard delivery typically begins within 24 to 48 hours and is completed within a few business days. Drip delivery orders are spread over approximately 90 days. Factors outside our control, such as Google system updates or platform changes, may occasionally affect delivery timing.

Limitation of Liability

My Reputation Matters is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific order in question.

We do not guarantee any specific outcomes from our services, including but not limited to changes in search rankings, increases in customer traffic, or improvements in revenue. Reviews are provided as described, and their impact on your business depends on many factors outside our control.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that reviews will remain permanently visible on your Google Business Profile, as Google may modify or remove content at its discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the myreputationmatters.com website, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of My Reputation Matters and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our website content without our express written permission.

Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective when posted to this page. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
