At My Reputation Matters, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. We stand behind the quality of our service and have structured our refund and replacement policies to protect your investment. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order so you understand your options.
14-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund for any reviews that have not yet been delivered within 14 days of your purchase date. If your order has been partially fulfilled, you are eligible for a refund on the undelivered portion only.
To request a refund, contact us through our contact page with your order details. Refund requests are processed within 5 to 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card used for the purchase).
Reviews That Have Been Delivered
Once a review has been posted to your Google Business Profile, it is not eligible for a monetary refund. This is because the service has been rendered and the review is live on a third party platform (Google) that we cannot control after posting.
However, all delivered reviews are protected by our 180-day replacement guarantee, which is described in detail below.
180-Day Replacement Guarantee
Every review we deliver is covered by a 180-day replacement guarantee starting from the date the review is posted. If Google removes a review for any reason within this 180-day period, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
To request a replacement, simply reach out through our contact page and let us know which review was removed and approximately when you noticed it was gone. We will verify the removal and post a replacement review, typically within a few business days.
The replacement guarantee covers:
- Reviews removed by Google's automated content filters
- Reviews removed during Google policy enforcement actions
- Reviews that disappear due to Google system updates or glitches
The replacement guarantee does not cover:
- Reviews you ask us to remove
- Reviews lost because you deleted or made significant changes to your Google Business Profile
- Reviews removed more than 180 days after their posting date
- Reviews affected by actions you take on your own Google account that impact your business listing
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before reviews begin posting. If you cancel before any reviews have been delivered, you will receive a full refund. If some reviews have already been posted, you will receive a refund for the undelivered portion, and the posted reviews will remain covered by the replacement guarantee.
Disputes
If you are dissatisfied with our service for any reason, please contact us through our contact page before initiating a payment dispute with your card issuer. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. In many cases, we can find a solution that works for both parties.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and forfeiture of the replacement guarantee on delivered reviews.
